Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery Using USPS or UPS

Currently Ekus Parts uses USPS and UPS to deliver all orders.  Since most customer expectation have risen want their order fast we heard them and now ship within 1 business day.  At this time we do not ship on weekends. Over 70% of customers’ orders are shipped using 2 or 3 day USPS Priority mail.  Meaning if you order Monday at noon you could receive your order by Wednesday local mail delivery. It’s that fast! 

USPS as a carrier – Most orders ship using USPS Priority Mail service.  These packages typically arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Insurance is included with all shipments. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other outlining US Territories use USPS Parcel Select mail service and can take up to two weeks for the package to arrive.

PO Box / APO / FPO address – YES, Ekus Parts does ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. 

UPS as a carrier– Ekus Parts uses ground shipping for large parts dash bezel and cargo covers.  Once your order is ship using UPS you can expect its arrival within 4 to 5 business day. Insurance is included with all shipments.

Customer Pickups – There is no fee when your order is picked up at our warehouse. Proof of purchase must be shown before your order will be release. If circumstances prevent the card owner from personally going to the warehouse to pick up the order, the card owner must call Online Customer Service at 303-284-3044 to make arrangements to release the order to another person. Ekus Parts is located south of Denver, Colorado.  We are surrounded by the two cities of Englewood and Littleton.  Orders can be picked up at our warehouse (1835 West Union Avenue Unit 1, Sheridan, CO 80110). Note: Your order will be held for 3 days, after which it may be cancelled and refunded.

Returns

If you suspect you have received an incorrect item, or damaged, or non-receipt please contact Ekus part by email or call our toll free number during business hours.

Damage orders - On a few occasions a package may become damaged in shipping.  When this happens please contact our customer care department either through email or our toll free number (US only) within 3 days of receipt of your order.  Please retain all original packaging material and the part(s) that were damaged.  You must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code from a customer care representative in order to assure proper processing your return and crediting of your funds.

Wrong Fitment - There is nothing more frustrating than ordering a part only to find out that it won't fit your car like the merchant said it would. You can rest assured that all the parts we carry will fit the vehicles that are listed. Ekus Parts does all the research for you. All the parts we carry are guaranteed to fit the vehicles provided in our advertisement. If a product does not fit as listed by Ekus Parts, we will make arrangements for a return or an exchange for the correct part at our cost. This is part of our customer care promise to you. If there is a problem with the fitment, we may ask you for your vehicle identification number (VIN) and other information about your vehicle. Your help is very valuable to us in determining the reason for a fit issue.

Just don’t want it anymore – Time to time a customer may realize that the part they order is not the part they needed or did not fix their issue. If that is the case, Customer pays for shipping the item back. A 15% restock fee is deducted from your refund.  Please use a shipping service that provides tracking so we know when to expect arrival of the part back to our warehouse. Once you have tracking, please email our customer care department at info@ekusparts.com.  This will ensure timely refunds back to your PayPal Account.
